Chicago Ballet Arts takes the health and safety of its students, faculty, accompanists and staff seriously. We strive to create as safe an environment as possible, and closely monitor guidance from of state and local officials as well as recommendations from the CDC. As new information is provided, we will continue to adapt as needed.

While vaccination of the larger population in Illinois has reduced the risk of COVID transmission, CBA primarily serves students ages 18 and under which means we will continue to be cautious and follow a layered approach in our mitigation strategies.

At this time, MASKS, covering nose and mouth, are required at all times for anyone inside the building, regardless of vaccination status.

Regular CLEANING and DISINFECTING will be performed throughout the building, with particular attention to high touch areas. HAND SANITIZER will be available in the lobby and in all studios. We will continue to encourage SOCIAL DISTANCING and will LIMIT CLASS SIZES.

Each of our studios has its own HVAC system and has an added AIR PURIFIER with HEPA FILTER to assist air circulation and quality.

All employees of CBA are required to have completed their COVID vaccination by

November 1, 2021.
