All CBA families are encouraged to attend our benefit. This special biennial event is produced solely to raise funds that support Chicago Ballet Arts.

Manditory weekly rehearsals for Concert and Benefit participants begin in April 2008. Dancers must be registered from the first session forward and must attend all of their regular weekly classes to be eligible to perform. Intermediate and Advanced students must take 3 full days per week to participate in the Annual Concert and/or the Benefit

Registration and Tuition
CBA is a non-profit school offering structured, age-centered classes with live piano accompaniment. For new student placement, please call 773-381-0000. Please refer to specific class schedules for tuition costs per session.
Non-refundable tuition is due on or before the first day of each session.

Student Attire - Dress Code
A neat, clean appearance in dress code is required for ballet class.
Girls: plain, leotard in the appropriate level color (see classes by level), pink footed tights, pink ballet slippers with elastic securely sewn, white elastic waist band. No legwarmers, no skirts, no jewelry. Hair in a neat bun, or worn up/back, securely off the face and neck. No ponytails.

Boys: white close fitting T-shirt, black footless tights or bike pants, thin white socks, black ballet slippers.

Please be on time for class. No one will be admitted after class begins.  Classes start promptly at the scheduled time.

CBA reserves the right to dismiss any student for inappropriate behavior, poor attendance, and/or lack of discipline or progress.

PERFORMANCE PROJECT
Option for 2nd-year Intermediate and Advanced
This program was created to give 2nd-year Intermediate and Advanced dancers more rehearsal and performing experience. Choreography learned in the Repertory and/or Variations classes will be performed during the school year, dates to be determined. Some additional rehearsals (Sunday mornings, for example) may be required as performance dates approach. There is no additional cost for the Performance Project, however dancers must attend 3 full days of the regularly scheduled classes for their levels or have permission from the directors to participate.
